Bleeding Polyp



Two small tubular adenomas in the cecum of a 64 year-old woman undergoing colonoscopy for occult bleeding. The polyp on the left was actively bleeding at the time of colonoscopy. The bleeding was localized to two punctate foci on opposite sides of the polyp (arrow). Both polyps were benign.
