Mucosal Abrasion
Mucosal abrasion, presumed secondary to instrumentation, noted during instrument withdrawal
in a 52 year-old woman undergoing routine colon screening. The mucosa appears to have been lifted up and folded over,
away from the underlying submucosa. There were no associated symptoms or bleeding.
