Typical cutaneous vascular lesions seen in portal hypertension, found here on the rectal mucosa in a 73 year-old woman with cirrhosis.





60 year-old man with chronic hepatitis C and cirrhosis, undergoing colonoscopy for a personal history of colon polyps. Several vascular lesions consistent with spider angiomata were seen in the ascending colon and sigmoid colon.
