Duodenal Diverticulum

91 year-old woman with dyspepsia, anemia and occult gastrointestinal bleeding. Upper endoscopy demonstrated duodenitis, deformity of the bulb suggesting prior ulcer disease, and small diverticula. Note the light reflecting off the base of the diverticulum.
