Bleeding from an area of deformity in the ileum, in a 69 year-old man who had undergone creation on an ileal conduit several years previously. It is suspected that this represents the area of ileal reanastomosis. The focus of bleeding is in the middle of the image, with blood flowing towards the lower portion of the image. Light projected by the capsule can be seen reflected by a bubble in the upper portion of the image.
