Gastritis with Bleeding
68 year-old woman with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Endoscopy revealed several linear erosions with bleeding in the gastric antrum. The gross appearance resembles that of watermelon stomach, but the linear erosions in this case were clearly evident.
