Double Pylorus

54 year-old woman with a history of ulcer disease. This view of the prepyloric gastric antrum shows the true pylorus at lower right. There is a "false" outlet at upper left, caused by a previous ulcer penetrating into the gastric wall and burrowing back into the duodenal lumen, leaving a mucosal bridge between the two outlets.
