Will I am..Based on our research, most Labs except Psychemedics use the same cutoff level for Marijuana –THC: 1pg/mg for screening as Hair Confirm Express Hair Drug Testing Kit.
Psychemedics Labs use cutoff level for Marijuana- Carboxy- THC: 0.5 pg/mg. PDT 90 Hair Drug Testing Kit has the same • Marijuana- Carboxy- THC 0.5 pg/mg.
If you use the Hair Confirm home hair drug testing kit, after obtaining the results, if you test result is positive for THC, you will be able to receive the exact amount of THC in your hair. For negative result, the result will be only listed as negative.
So, if you still test positive and your THC level is higher in times than cutoff level 1.0 pg/mg, as an example 2,5 or 3.2 pg/mg or higher, then you will need to perform many more Macujo cleansing procedures.
If your THC level is pretty close to 1.0 pg/mg, you might need just several Macujo methods.
So, I would recommend finding out which Lab you will get your test and go from there. If this is a Psychemedics Lab, make sure you detox your hair as many times as possible. Using hair home drug testing kits can be very helpful as well.

If you want any chance of passing, it is imperative to have full access to all parts of the 1.5 inches of the hair closest to the scalp. All components of any of these hair cleansing methods should be applied carefully to each hair shaft without missing one.
So, unbraid them and start the cleansing process. It is the only way. Follow the directions and keep us updated.

hi, Im a pretty big guy 6’2″ 375 lbs black, bald, not much hair on my body except my facial hair and thats been cut down about 2-3 months ago and grew back and back in April (4/2016) I would take a couple pulls just about every night for the month of April. I haven’t smoked since then (4/19/16 is the last day I recall smoking) because I knew I need to find a job. A company called Wednesday and scheduled me for a hair and urine screen Monday (tomorrow 8/22/16) I just wanted to know if I even have a chance to pass this test especially being how I don’t have time to order any of these products to clean the THC out of hair. Of course the urine test can be easily cheated but I’m worried about the hair test please help

Trucker3.. Your chances of passing your test depends on how much marijuana you smoked during February and March.
1 If you did not smoke at all or just a few times during February and March, your chances of passing are good. I would recommend shaving all body hair and cutting your facial hair leave exactly only to 1.5 inches as usually Labs check only this length of the hair.
This is important to do as you smoked everyday in April and even though you cut your facial hair as soon as you stopped smoking marijuana, your body fat cells still contained significant amounts of THC. So, your new grown hair has been re-contaminated by THC-COOH through sweat glands and the bloodstream again during May. By June your body should have become clean and during June, July and August your new clean hair grew.
2. If you smoked heavily in February and March, your chances of passing your test without using one of the proper hair cleansing methods are pretty low as your body fat cells would have contained THC until the beginning of August. As a result, 2 inches of your hair closest to the skin could be contaminated now.
If this is the case, I would recommend rescheduling your hair drug test if you can. This will give you time to detox your hair with one of the hair cleansing methods.
I would recommend for you to buy a home urine test at a local drug store to make sure your urine is clean. This will at least give you a baseline and you could perform the Macujo method if you could buy yourself at least 5-6 days by rescheduling in order to perform the detox on your hair.

Well I’ve read a bit on this hair test and here’s where I may have a problem as well they say you need at least 1.5″ to test back 90 days and I naturally don’t grow hair that well. I don’t have a hair on me at this time 1-1.5″. The only thing I shave is my head because of thinning and my facial hair. So with that being said how will they perform this test?

Trucker3..It is tough to say what the Lab will decide to do in such a situation as according to the instructions they have to obtain the 1.5 inches of the hair. If there is not enough hair for samples, the hair test might be rescheduled or replaced by urine or saliva drug tests.

They didn’t want to pull from my armpit because I had on deodorant on and they said it could manipulate the test so they pulled they shaved little strands of hair I had on my chest that I knew wasn’t long enough but the company I’m applying for does hair and urine smh so as of now I’m just waiting on results. I have 2.5 days with detox (arrives Monday for a Wednesday test) and have been doing vinegar / salicycic acid / baking soda for a few days now as prep while waiting for the shampoo.
Should this be sufficient if I shower with it 5-6x per day on Mon Tue and 1-2x on Wednesday? I’ll also have the Ultra Clean day of to use.
Do you think it would be worthwhile to have a bleach / dye service done @ this place or is it a waste of time?
I just want to know what my focus should be given the short amount of time to clean.

MK..It’s great that you’re getting your Macujo method’s essential components on Monday. This should definitely increase your chances of passing the hair drug test.
Considering that you do not have much time left until your test day, I would focus on performing the Macujo method with aloe shampoo as many times as you can handle it and with Ultra Clean shampoo used on the day of the test.
Regarding using the salon service you mentioned, it is tough to say how efficient it will be as I do not know what detox products are used there. We have not seen any real proof in our research that using their service will actually improve your odds of passing a hair drug test.

It is tough to say what your chances of passing the hair drug test in 2 days are. This will depend on how much cocaine you used during last three months.

I have a hair test coming up in 2-3 weeks. I used to smoke weed heavily, but as of this year I was only smoking maybe a bowl or two 2-4 times a month. In your case, your chances of passing the hair drug test depends on how much you smoked before you stopped using marijuana. I would say your chances that THC-COOH levels in your hair will be below the cutoff levels are 50/50.
If you would like to check where you stand now, I would recommend using a home hair drug test. This will show you if you can pass your hair test or not.

However, as you were a heavy user in February and if you carry some extra weight and don’t exercise, there is a good chance that 0.5 inches of your hair closest to the scalp is contaminated at the moment.
As you have time until your hair drug test, I would recommend performing an express home hair drug test. This will show where you stand now.
If your THC-COOH levels exceed the cutoff levels, in order to increase your chances of passing the hair drug test, I would recommend performing a combination of Aloe Toxin Rid Treatment and Macujo methods. Please read more details about these methods here.

I smoked for like 5 years heavy smoker. But then I stopped August 2017… didn’t smoke again until December 25…… (smoked from December 25-Jan 5th) haven’t smoked since it’s now Feb 2. Rob..I think you are pretty close to being clean. I would get a couple reliable home urine drug tests from a drug store like Walgreens or CVS.
If you still have trouble seeing the second line, you might consider using on your drug test day a detox drink like Mega Clean. Don’t forget checking again where you stand in one hour after taking the detox drink.

Hello, I’ve been reading a lot lately on this as I too have been asked to take a hair test. I am a 44 yr old over weight male that had no prior marijuana use up till 6 months ago. From that point I used almost Dailey. I have been clean for 30 days and I’m not expected to take a hair test for another 30-45 days. I’m confused as to this. Wolverino74..First, I am afraid that in 45 days you won’t have enough hair to perform the hair drug test as it takes 3 months to grow 1.5 inches ( 0.5 inch a month). Labs require at least 1.5 inches of hair in order to perform the hair drug test.
Not sure what Labs will decide to do in your case, but we have seen that if there is not enough hair to sample, the hair drug test might be rescheduled or replaced by other drug tests (urine/saliva).
Second, your new grown hair can be re-contaminated because of your heavy THC exposure during the past 6 months.
Even though you abstained for 30 days, you can still have significant amounts of THC in your fat cells. As a result, your hair can be re-contaminated by THC-COOH through sweat glands and the bloodstream again.
This is a very important fact to consider especially for heavy and extreme heavy users as their bodies fat cells contain significant amounts of THC which can be detected in urine for up to 90 days.
This is why we always advise heavy users to complete the Macujo method as close as possible to your actual hair drug test in order to avoid recontamination by THC-COOH.

Help!! I have done the macujo treatment several times and have bleached and redyed my hair twice! I also have been using the aloe toxin rid shampoo. I have not smoked for 60 days and my home hair test came out positive for Thc- 24.3.

Abby..The THC-COOH levels you mentioned are very high. Make sure that you read the test results properly and your home hair test results are correct.
You could only have these THC-COOH levels if you were an extreme heavy/heavy user (everyday consumption of high potent marijuana).
If you were an extreme heavy user, I would recommend rescheduling your test for as long as you can. This will give you more time to cleanse your hair properly.
If you cannot reschedule, the best plan would be performing the Macujo method as many times as possible during time you have left until your test (at least 10-14 times) and using Ultra Clean shampoo on the drug test day.
It will definitely take some extra effort to drop your high THC-COOH levels below cutoff levels (1 pg/mg).

it’s taken me just over 90 days to pass a home urine test and I will have to take a hair follicle test in the next 30 days. Will I still need to use one of the 3 treatments? I have the Aloe Toxin Rid treatment already, and do plan on using it, but I’m just curious if not smoking for 90 + days will make my hair clean on its own or will my body still expell thc in my hair as long as I’m testing dirty?

Jim..Even though you have abstained for over 90 days, most of your 1.5 inches of your hair closest to the scalp are contaminated at the moment because of your previous heavy THC exposure.
In 30 days, you might have 0.5 inches of clean hair but the rest needed for a test 1 inch will be still dirty.
Unfortunately your hair cannot cleanse on its own. THC-COOH will stay in your hair permanently until it is properly cleaned with one or a combination of the two hair cleansing methods Macujo and Aloe Toxin Rid Treatment.
It is good that you are already testing negative on a home urine drug test. This means that you can start performing the hair cleansing methods any time now.
After completing multiple hair cleansing methods (Macujo+Aloe Toxin Rid Treatment), I would recommend checking where you stand with a home hair drug test. This will show how much the hair cleansing methods dropped your THC-COOH levels and what you should do next.
If your THC-COOH levels still exceed the cutoff levels, you should continue performing the hair cleansing methods and perform another home hair drug test.
I believe that 30 days should be enough to achieve your goal.

Hi John. I am an AA male, 6’1 in height and about 240 lbs. I was a chronic weed smoker usually smoking about a blunt or 2 a day of kush. I recently applied for my dream job and got an offer! I stopped smoking Feb 14 and I have a drug test in the next week or 2. I bought the aloe rid and started shampooing my hair with it March 12 for a few weeks and I have started the Macujo method April 14. I plan to send my hair to hairconfim this week to test it. I’m trying not to freak out. Should I continue my method up until next week or should I increase my Macujo? Am I on the right track to passing in your opinion? I’ve seen some reviews where AA hair was known to fail using this method. Any tips? Thanks for all your help!!

HopingandPraying..I would recommend checking if you still face a recontamination issue by using a home urine drug test.
If you test negative and have already performed at least 8-10 Macujo methods, you should check your THC-COOH levels with a home hair drug test as you planned. This will show where you stand and what you should do next.
If you still test positive for THC on your home urine drug test, you should perform as many treatments as your hair and scalp can handle of the Macujo method during the 3-4 days as close as possible to your hair drug test with Ultra Clean shampoo on your drug test day.

I took 3 separate urine tests and they all came back negative. I sent off a sample to HairConfirm Friday but I found out my test is next Tuesday!! So I’m going to do as much as I can until that time. Still trying not to freak lol

Synergy Toxin Wash shampoo is used in the Jerry G method. It is a pretty effective hair cleansing method as well. However, the Jerry G method can badly damage your hair by bleaching and dying it too often. It is particularly tough on a long thin hair. Many people cut their hair after the procedure.

I tried weed for the first time ever (first drug ever) at the end of Nov 2017/first wk of Dec 2017. Literally about 4 hits total.
I’ve got a hair test next week on the 24th of May and haven’t touched the stuff since that one time.
My hair is about 1.5” all around and I’ve done the mac method about a dozen times without the Aloe shampoo.
I’ve already passed a urine test but this is an additional contingency. Will I pass?

Nervous clean out..Since you smoked marijuana 6 months ago, your hair grew 3 inches. As you only have left 1.5 inches of hair now, it should be clean from THC. So, I think you shouldn’t have any problems with passing the hair drug test this week.

I was a heavy smoker for 10 years and stop smoking for 4 1/2 ago. I hit the blunt 4-5 times 69 days ago. I started doing the macujo method once on Saturday twice one Sunday and twice on Monday. Sharon..If you used the same plastic cap for all hair cleansing treatments but washed it very well after each time, you should not have an issue with hair recontamination.
Your odds of passing depends on how well you performed the hair cleansing methods following the method instructions and our recommendations.
In your case, I would recommend performing the Macujo method at least 8-12 times with the Ultra Clean shampoo on your drug test day.

Hi I have a hair test coming up in two weeks I tried to use vinegar and and charcoal and bentonite clay as we dont have certain products here in nz. And my my hair could only handle 3 washes and started breaking I will be getting aloe rid,and ultra clean delivered in the next few days I hope I have a little smoke most nights but haven’t for 2 weeks now and stopped for about 3 weeks a few weeks ago also do you think I’ll be ok or at least will it lower the level of thc in test outcome. Lacey..It is imperative to abstain from marijuana until your hair drug test in order to stop contaminating your body and hair.
Even though you stopped using marijuana 2 weeks ago, this will not help to reduce the THC–COOH levels in your grown 1.5 inches of your hair closets to your scalp. Only detoxing your hair with a combination of hair cleansing methods will reduce your THC-COOH levels.
So far, the best outcome with hair drug tests that users have achieved are when they combine the two proven hair cleansing methods: the Macujo and Aloe Toxin Rid Treatment methods with the Ultra Clean shampoo used on the day of the drug test.
They start cleansing their hair with Aloe Toxin Rid shampoo for some time and then use the Macujo method 3-5 days prior to their hair drug test with the Ultra Clean shampoo used on the day of the test.
We always advise moderate/heavy users to complete the Macujo method as close as possible to their actual hair drug test day in order to avoid recontamination by THC-COOH. According to the instructions, the Macujo method should be performed at least 5-7 times in 3 days as close as possible to your hair drug test. If your hair and scalp can handle it more treatments are better (10-12).
If you follow the hair cleansing method instructions and our recommendations properly, your chances of passing the hair test should be good.

Hi. I have an upcoming hair test, probably will be scheduled sometime next week. Over the last 90 days I have smoked or eaten edibles probably about 15-20 times. I have been completely clean for 35 days now. I have used the Macujo method 10 times and plan on continuing it’s use until the test. I even got a hairconfirm test done and it came back negative. (Results came back 3 days ago) still I am very paranoid about passing as the hairconfirm could be flukey. What are my chances?

Ralth..I think your chances of passing your hair test should be pretty good and the results of the Hair Confirm home hair test proved it. You did a great job cleansing your hair. So far, I have not seen any complaints where users who passed their home hair drug tests failed their actual tests. However, you should keep cleansing your until your hair test day to avoid a hair recontamination issue.
If you are still worried, you might perform another home hair drug test using Psychemedics PDT 90 Hair Drug Testing Kit. This is the most accurate test on the market.

Hi John,
I last smoked weed the very beginning of March 2019. Perhaps near 40 days or so the since last toke. I had to go take a Hair Drug test last week, and failed for THC. They shaved my legs since I didn’t want my hair snipped. The potential employer gave me another chance to take the test this Friday. Since lastnite, April 9th, and the 10th, I have completed the Macujo Method 3 times so far. Vinegar, then added a Neutrogena 2% Acylic Acid Acne soap, left in for an hour. Rinsed, then instead of the Old Aloe Rid, I used 100% Propylene Glycol and mixed in Neutrogena T-Sal 3%, left it in for 30 min, Rinsed and repeated. Then washed it out with Tide, which I also left in my hair for 30 min. I plan on repeating this method 6 more times, last will be Friday morning, the 12th. I’ll use the Zydot right before I leave . Your opinion, do you think I’m doing the right method, and chances of passing would be good? Thank You. RLM

RLM..So far, we have not seen any proof that performing the hair cleansing methods without the Aloe Toxin Rid shampoo increases the odds of passing a hair test. As you use your own hair cleansing method, it is tough to predict the outcome.
I would recommend rescheduling your hair drug test for as long as possible in order to get all hair cleansing products and performing a combination of the Macujo and the Aloe Toxin Rid Treatment methods a minimum 12-15 times.
We always recommend performing the hair cleansing methods on a head hair instead of body hair if it is possible because:
1. It is easier to cleanse your head hair properly over body hair,
2. Body hair grows at a much slower rate than head hair resulting in a higher drug metabolites concentration.
If you have head hair, we usually recommend shaving or trimming very short all your body hair.

Thank You, I saw on other sites this method works because of the 100% Propylene Glycol used which explodes the Curicles open, to clean out the Cortex with the 3% T-Sal, and finalize witn Tide of course. I will repost the resluts. My hair feels horrible, very brittle, and scalp is so sore, but I have no choice to suffer for another 1,5 days of continuing. I appreciate your kind feedback.

RLM..Thanks for your update. To ease the discomfort, you can use a hair conditioner. But you have to make sure that you wait at least an hour after the Macujo application so as not to alter the effects.
